Our story
We started TrueCare™ Partners after seeing the care system from the inside. Watching a family member work as a personal support worker, we saw firsthand how much friction sits between the people who deliver care and the people who depend on it. We built one platform to remove it.
We’re a managed marketplace — not an agency, not a directory. We publish the rates, stand behind every match, and are the merchant of record, while care professionals stay independent.
How we vet
Every professional is verified before their first shift
Before anyone accepts a shift or visit, we confirm their credentials against the Ontario rules for their role — then keep them current.
- Government photo identification
- NACC certificate — PSWs
- CNO registration — RPNs & RNs
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- TB screening
- Vaccination documentation
Every credential is reviewed before an account is activated, expiry dates are kept on file, and a lapsed credential automatically pauses a professional's new offers until it's renewed.
