- The service
- TrueCare™ Partners operates a managed care-staffing marketplace in Ontario. We publish rates, facilitate matches, and act as the merchant of record for staffing services.
- Care professionals
- Care professionals are independent contractors. They control their own availability and may accept or decline any engagement. Care professionals are responsible for maintaining the credentials required for their role.
- Payments
- Facilities and families are billed for services per the published rates and terms. Care professionals are paid by direct deposit on the payout schedule described at sign-up.
- Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
