Peace of mind

Trusted hands, so your family can breathe easier

When a vetted professional is handling care, the worry lifts. Book the visits you need and know your loved one is in good hands — at home, on your schedule.

What you get

The infrastructure of a staffing agency, the ease of a B2C app. One operator-led team, Ontario-focused.

Vetted, verified care professionals

Every care professional is reviewed before they can take a visit: NACC certification for PSWs, CNO registration for nurses, Vulnerable Sector Check, TB test, vaccination, and government ID. Expiry dates are on file, and if a credential lapses the professional is automatically paused from new visits until it is renewed — you don't have to chase them.

Add as many recipients as you need

One account can manage care for yourself, a parent, both parents, a spouse — anyone. Each recipient has their own address (they don't have to live with you) and their own booking history. One payment method, one place to manage everything.

No payment at signup

We don't collect card details until you're ready to book your first care visit. Set up the account, add recipients, look around. You're only billed when care is delivered.

The right professional for your loved one’s needs

Every family’s situation is different. TrueCare™ matches you with the right kind of support — all vetted and verified before their first visit.

Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

Hands-on daily living support: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal support, and medication reminders. Our PSWs bring professional training and a caring presence — helping your loved one stay comfortable, dignified, and independent at home.

Developmental Support Workers (DSWs)

Specialized in-home support for children and youth with autism, developmental delays, and other developmental needs — sensory play, visual supports, arts and crafts, community outings, and structured, engaging activities.

Companions

Sometimes the most important care is simply company. Our companions provide conversation, activities, walks, meal-time company, and a reassuring presence — easing loneliness for your loved one and giving family caregivers room to breathe.

Coming home from the hospital?

Coming home from a hospital stay is one of the hardest moments to arrange care for. We help families coordinate short-term, in-home support during that transition — a hands-on, phone-and-email service. Call 519-807-5671 or use our contact form.
