Transparent rates, biweekly EFT pay

One published rate card per role — you know the unit pay rate before you accept a shift. Pay arrives by direct deposit on a biweekly cycle (weekly available on request). T4A issued each January for the prior year.

Credentialing we manage for you

Upload your NACC certificate, CNO registration, Vulnerable Sector Check, TB test, and immunizations once. Your expiry dates stay on file in your portal, and an expired credential pauses new offers until you renew it. One credential profile your facility + homecare clients can trust.

Real independent-contractor flexibility

Pick the shifts you want. Set your availability. Work for other agencies. No mandatory uniforms or training beyond the legal credentials. You are a contractor — not an employee — and the platform is built to respect that.
